Sekine

A single-person tea ceremony that benefits both the soul and the body. Misunderstandings and the struggle to express oneself correctly have no place in this ceremony. Remaining calm provides strength.

Possible side effect:Extreme reluctance towards environments where gossip occurs

Ingredients

May chamomile, heather grass, dried apple, cardamom, gunpowder tree bark, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, natural spice aroma

Brewing Recommendation

• Use fresh water rich in oxygen that has not been boiled before.
• For herbal teas, boiling water at 100°C is best.
• Place one pyramid bag in a cup or teapot, then pour the water over it.
• Steep for 4 minutes, then remove the bag.
• If steeped longer, the tea may become bitter.
• To preserve flavor, store your tea in a closed container in a cool, dry, and dark place. Herbal teas absorb moisture easily; this may shorten the recommended shelf life.
