In this Privacy Policy, our company Karavan Dış Ticaret Teknoloji Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi and the members or visitors of our website shall each be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".

What Is Confidential Information?

Our Company and the Parties undertake and declare that, without the prior written consent of the relevant party, they will not use the Confidential Information in any way, will not share it with third parties, will not disclose, transmit or make it public, will not use it in any way or for any purpose outside the purpose, subject and scope of the sale/purchase of services/products on our website, will not claim any rights over it contrary to this purpose, will not publish or reproduce any of the Confidential Information, will not transfer, assign or disseminate it to third parties whether for commercial purposes or not, will exert their best efforts to prevent these and to protect each other's rights, will take all necessary legal and administrative measures in this regard, will avoid all statements harmful to one another, will — where the party to whom the Confidential Information belongs grants prior written consent — comply with the records and conditions attached to such consent, will ensure that their partners and all their employees also comply with this Privacy Policy and take all necessary legal and administrative measures for this, and that, in the event of a breach of this Privacy Policy by any of their partners or employees, they will be jointly and severally liable, together with the person(s) committing the breach, for all damages caused.

However, information/documents that are already known by any of the parties and/or have become public and/or have been made public by you are not considered within the definition of Confidential Information and constitute the exception to this article. The Parties accept, declare and undertake that this Privacy Policy remains valid indefinitely and is binding for an indefinite period.

Cases That Do Not Constitute a Breach of the Privacy Policy

The cases within the scope of this article do not constitute a breach of the Privacy Policy. The following cases of Confidential Information are deemed exceptions:

• The Confidential Information becoming public or being disclosed without any direct or indirect fault or negligence of the Parties and/or of the partners of one of the Parties and/or of the employees of one of the Parties,

• Sharing only the mandatory portion of information whose disclosure is legally required due to an administrative decision, a court order, an administrative order or a prosecutor's order, or whose sharing does not constitute a breach under the relevant legislation,

• Providing the Confidential Information to the partners and/or employees of the Parties and/or to third parties with whom they will cooperate and/or from whom they will receive services for the performance of their obligations, only to the extent that learning it is necessary for the purpose, scope, subject or performance of the purchase of services/products via our website,

• Obtaining prior written consent from the relevant Party for its disclosure or use, and using or disclosing the information in accordance with the terms of the consent obtained.

However, in the event that the disclosure referred to in the second item occurs, our Company must be notified immediately in writing.

Password Security

Keeping confidential the password you use to access our Site is entirely your responsibility. In the event of any damage arising from your sharing of your password with third parties, whether within or outside your control, no liability can be attributed to our Company.

Payment Information

The credit card information you use during payment can be accessed only by the payment institutions with which we cooperate for payment; our Company has no access to this information. We have no control and/or right of intervention over the privacy policy, principles and practices of the payment institution. Therefore, our Company has no liability regarding the privacy and security of this information.
