Galatea

A black tea with memories of Istanbul. Produced using May shoot black tea leaves sourced from high-altitude villages.

It has a rich black tea flavor with a more pronounced bergamot note.

Filtered twice, dust-free. Brews to a clear and pure appearance.

Brewing Recommendation

• Good water is needed for good tea.
• Use fresh, oxygen-rich water that has not been boiled too much.
• Boil the water but do not let it boil vigorously.
• Pour the water over the tea, not the tea over the water. (This is important!)
• Turn down the heat and let your tea steep for 17 minutes.
• When the tea settles at the bottom of the pot, it indicates the tea is brewed.
• We recommend using 30 grams of tea per 1 liter of water.

And then? Enjoy with pleasure. 🍃

To preserve the flavor, store your tea in a closed container in a cool, dry, and dark place.

Tea easily absorbs moisture, which can shorten its shelf life.
