Ingredients

Fennel, Rooibos, Mate, Clove, Olive Leaf, Cinnamon, Peppermint, Lemon Grass, Lemon Peel

Brewing Recommendation

• Use fresh water rich in oxygen that has not been boiled before.
• For herbal teas, boiling water at 100°C is best.
• Place one pyramid bag in a cup or teapot, then pour the water over it.
• Steep for 4 minutes, then remove the bag.
• If steeped longer, the tea may become bitter.
• To preserve flavor, store your tea in a closed container in a cool, dry, and dark place. Herbal teas absorb moisture easily, which can shorten the recommended shelf life.
