Ingredients

Hibiscus, Green Tea, Cinnamon, Meadow Flower, Mint, Lemon Balm, Lemon Peel, Cardamom

Brewing Suggestion

• Use fresh water rich in oxygen that has not been boiled before.
• For herbal teas, boiling water at 100°C is best.
• Place the tea in the teapot and pour the boiling water over it.
• Steep for 4 minutes, then transfer the tea to a cup.
• If steeped for too long, the tea may become bitter.
• To preserve the flavor, store your tea in a closed container in a cool, dry, and dark place. Herbal teas absorb moisture easily; this can shorten the recommended usage period.
