After Meal (Sindirella)

Do you sometimes feel life is a bit exaggerated? No problem. This tea is perfect for those moments.

Steep and relax. Fennel, mint, and chamomile calm things down; ginger and cinnamon restore balance. Lemongrass and lemon peel provide a refreshing breath.

But still... don't overdo it. 😌

Ingredients

Fennel, Apple, Ginger, Cinnamon, Chamomile, Peppermint, Lemongrass, Lemon Peel

Brewing Recommendation

• Use fresh water rich in oxygen that has not been boiled before.
• For herbal teas, boiling water at 100°C is best.
• Place one pyramid bag in a cup or teapot, then pour the water over it.
• Steep for 4 minutes, then remove the bag.
• If steeped longer, the tea may become bitter.
• To preserve flavor, store your tea in a closed, cool, dry, and dark place. Herbal teas absorb moisture easily, which can shorten the recommended shelf life.
