Aegean Therapy

How about taking a break, recharging, and starting anew? All you need is to let the breeze of the Aegean at your back. Close your eyes, brew your tea, and imagine. This blend gently restores from within with the warmth of turmeric, the clarity of green tea, and the spicy touch of cardamom. Lemongrass and lemon peel refresh, while licorice root provides balance.

Possible side effects:A mild feeling of head resistance against red cheeks, cold, and dispersal.

Ingredients

Turmeric, Green Tea, Licorice Root, Cardamom, Lemongrass, and Lemon Peel

Brewing Recommendation

• Use fresh water rich in oxygen that has not been boiled before.
• For herbal teas, boiling water at 100°C is best.
• Place one pyramid bag in a cup or teapot and pour the water over it.
• Steep for 4 minutes, then remove the bag.
• If steeped longer, the tea may become bitter.
• To preserve the flavor, store your tea in a closed container in a cool, dry, and dark place. Herbal teas absorb moisture easily; this can shorten the recommended shelf life.
