Signing Ceremony
The signing ceremony related to the investment was hosted by Adem Kula, Secretary General of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, and attended by Karavan CEO and Co-Founder İslam Shakhbandarov, Karavan Co-Founder Memiş Yetim, and StartupCentrum Co-Founders Müge Bezgin and Nizamettin Sami Harputlu.
What is Karavan?
Karavan is a new generation digital trade and logistics infrastructure that combines exporters' trade, logistics, finance, and customs operations on a single platform. It aims to enable SMEs to access international markets faster, more transparently, and at lower costs.
Initial Results
The first export transaction worth 510 thousand dollars conducted with Bolçi during the closed beta process was successfully completed. This result concretely demonstrates the platform's operational capacity and market readiness.
Regional Target
Karavan aims to play a key role in increasing the trade volume between Turkey and the Turkic States to 100 billion dollars. In this direction, cooperation agreements have been signed with TCCI and the Turkic World Logistics Alliance.
