The Secretary General of the Turkic World Logistics and Cargo Carriers Alliance, Askar Kadirov, was hosted at the Karavan office. The meeting discussed strategic cooperation and the roadmap of the agreement signed in Tashkent.

Agenda of the Meeting

The meeting included comprehensive evaluations on strategic cooperation between Turkic States, the development of trade and logistics corridors, and the roadmap determined within the framework of the agreement signed in Tashkent.

• Strategic cooperation — Updating the joint work areas between Karavan and the Alliance

• Development of trade and logistics corridors — digitization of documents at border gates, reduction of waiting times, and improvement of cargo tracking

• Implementation roadmap — Concrete goals and responsibilities arising from the Tashkent agreement

Context

The Turkic World Logistics and Cargo Carriers Alliance represents transportation and logistics operators in TDT member states. The cooperation agreement signed in Tashkent in November 2025 lays the groundwork for the joint development of digital infrastructure to support trade flows in corridors connecting Turkey, the Caucasus, and Central Asia.
