A New Model for Turkish Exporters
"We are going to achieve a first in Türkiye. We will enable exporters to export as easily as they do e-commerce," Aygün said, describing the core promise of the Karavan B2B Ultra Commerce platform.

Karavan brings together buyers, sellers, and service providers under a single digital infrastructure, offering:

- Payment systems with multi-currency support
- Insurance coverage for shipments
- AI-powered matching to connect the right buyers with the right sellers
Reach and Scale
The platform will serve not only OTS member states but also expand to markets across Europe, the Americas, and Africa. At the time of the interview, Karavan had already onboarded 55 firms by invitation, reaching 88,000 product varieties, with further onboarding in progress.
Vision
The platform aims to increase both the number of exporters and the overall export volume from Türkiye by making cross-border trade operationally simple for businesses of all sizes.
